Sheltering Arms Home Care LLC is a woman-owned business founded in 2020 by Milka Maina. Milka has three children two boys and one girl. Her fiancée is a Data Analyst by profession and her eldest son is in Georgia State University studying Computer Science. Milka has been in the caregiving space for over 10 years before venturing into her own business. Sheltering Arms Home Care strives to provide our clients with the highest quality of care ensuring a better quality of life in the comforts of their own home. Our team is committed to providing the best quality of home care in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Duluth, Roswell, and Marietta.

Our Steps to Home Care at Sheltering Arms Home Care are:

Once we receive your information, we will have short phone call to briefly understand your top-level need and then set up a time to meet in person.

This is done on site in-home. Here we will have an opportunity to answer all your questions and ask some of our own to help better understand the develop a care plan aligned to your unique needs.
We accompany our caregivers on the first day at work to help with understanding the care plan and with introduction.
While care continues, we will pop up when our caregivers are there to see how things are going and determine together if there is need to adjust the Care Plan.
